Yes, your doormat can be left outdoors. However, the doormats are not intended to get wet(soaked). The material of the mat is porous and will change color or disrupt the design if saturated in water.

We highly recommend that you keep your doormat in a dry, sheltered area if possible to keep your doormat in perfect condition!

Small: 16x24

Standard: 18x30

Large: 24x36 - available upon request for an additional cost.

Lost - Orders are packaged with care, but we understand things happen. Please email us at Bodegabythebay@gmail.com if your item arrives damaged.

If your doormat is lost by USPS/UPS/FEDEX, please reach out to the shipping carrier directly with the provided tracking information.

Most cases, we will replace a lost doormat. We ask that you please reach out to us by email at Bodegabythebay@gmail.com to inform us that your package has been lost.

Please note that shipping cost for a replacement is to paid by the customer.
